6.1 Printer does not recognize the cartridge

Fingerprints or grease on the chip surface. Whipe clean the chip.

Incorrent installation. Turn of the printer, pull out the power plug so that the printers memory is cleared out. Follow the instructions and start over the installation.

6.2 White lines

Air in the printerhead . Reinstall the cartridge and clean the printerhead using the printers software. This problem can also occure if the printerhead is wornout.

6.3 Blurry printouts

Damp paper or wornout printerhead. Use another papertype.

6.4 Vertical lines are not straight

The printerhead is in wrong position. Please consult your printer handbook on how to ajust the printerhead.

Visit the manufacturers homepage and download the latest driver for you printer.
